Tasmanian woman becomes a mum at age 63

I do find this practice incredibly worrying.  As far as I am aware, there is no clinic in Australia that would agree to transfer an embryo to a woman of this advanced age, however Australians are travelling overseas for donor treatment, and sometimes they choose countries which have very … different… processes and practices to what you would find at home.  I wonder what the longterm implications might be for the child whose 10the birthday is celebrated with a 73 year old Mum?
